Djokovic beat Isner 7-6(1), 6-2. Djokovic reaches the final, after beating Isner in straight sets. He will be looking for back-to-back titles here, on Sunday.
Ferrer beat Ljubicic 6-4, 4-6, 6-4. As promised a very close match, however, Ferrer took the victory, to set up a final with Djokovic.
FINALS ANALYSIS
Djokovic vs Ferrer: Ferrer has been playing great recently, but so has Djokovic. I see Djokovic easing to his second title in Beijing in 2 years, in straight sets.
ATP Tokyo
Nadal beat Troicki 7-6(4), 7-6(7). A very close match, where the world number 1 wins, after saving 2 match points.
Monfils beat Stepanek 6-3, 6-3. Monfils will meet Nadal in the Finals, after easing past Stepanek.
FINALS ANALYSIS
Nadal vs Monfils: Monfils is in good form, taking Roddick out, while Nadal has been playing well but was taken to the limit against Troicki. Like last time I think it will be a two set match, won by Nadal but this time their will probably be atleast 1 tie breaker.
WTA Beijing
Wozniacki beat Peer 7-5, 6-2. The new world number 1isn't stopped by a knee injury, as she advances to the Finals.
Zvonareva beat Li 6-3, 6-3. Zvonareva destroys Li in straight sets to advance to the Finals, where she will face Wozniacki.
FINALS ANALYSIS
Wozniacki vs Zvonareva: Both players are in good form and will increase by one rank next week. But I am in favour of the new world number 1 beating the world number 3 in 3 sets.
