David Ferrer was born on the 2nd April 1982 in Javea, Spain. He reached a career high of 4th in the world on the 25th February 2008.  He had never reached a grand slam final and has reached just one Semi-Finals and three Quarter Finals. He has never won a ATP 1000 Masters title but made his First Final at Rome this year. His record in grand slams is 60-32:14-8 in the Australian Open, 18-8 in the French Open, 13-8 in Wimbledon and 15-8 in the US Open.
