The Kremlin Cup


Dolgopolov beat Belyaev 6-2, 6-4. Dolgopolov eases past the qualifier in straight sets to advance to the second round.

Crivol beat Kuznetsov 7-6(4), 6-3. The two qualifiers do battle in the firs round and Crivol prevails in two sets.

Kukushkin beat Chardy 6-2, 6-4. Chardy saves 2 match points, before finally being overcome on the third match point by Kukushkin.

Cuevas beat Brands 6-2, 7-6(7). Cuevas beats Brands in 2 sets, with a close tie breaker in the last set. He will play Davydenko in the next round.

Stepanek beat Hanescu 7-6(5), 6-3. Stepanek walks past Hanescu in straight sets.

Golubev beat Gonzalez 6-3, 6-2. The seventh seed eases past Gonzalez.

Kunitsyn beat Andreev 6-4, 7-6(5). Andreev is easily beaten in the first round by Kunitsyn.

Istomin beat Marchenko 6-7(4), 6-2, 6-2. Istomin beats Marchenko in 3 sets, controlling the match, only losing a tie breaker in the first set.

ATP Stockholm


Dent beat Przysiezny 6-2, ret. Dent wins, after Przysiezny retires.

Dodig beat Robredo 6-3, 6-2. Robredo is shocked in the first round by Dodig, the qualifier, losing easily.

Mayer beat Lopez 6-2, 6-2. A massive shock as the 6th seed is destroyed in the first round.

Clement beat Rochus 6-0, 6-4. Clement rips Rochus into shreds, taking the first set with a bagel.

Becker beat Schoorel 6-3, 6-0. Becker destroys Schoorel, dropping just 3 games.

Haase beat Prpic 7-6(4), 3-6, 6-4. Haase needs 3 sets to overcome Prpic.

Blake beat Belluci 3-6, 6-4, 6-4. A close 3 set match, which Blake wins from one set down.
