Fernando Verdasco was born on the 15th November 1983 in Madrid, Spain. He reached a career high of 7 in the world on the 20th April 2009 but has reached this rank many times and is currently 7th.  He has never reached a grand slam final and has only reached one Semi-Final and two Quarter Finals at Grand Slams. He hasn't been successful in ATP 1000 masters tournaments, reaching one final and one Semi-Final.
